Refund policy

To return products for a refund, please contact our Busy Bees Team at Hive@Manamanuka.nz within seven days of receipt of your products to discuss your options, including return instructions, and the correct return address. Please note that returned products need to be unopened and in their original condition, with packing slip enclosed. Once we have received notification from our warehouse that the products have been received and are in good condition, we can then process your refund. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Refunds are paid via the same method as original purchase.

Refund times will vary depending on location.

Any items returned without initial contact with Mana Manuka will not be accepted.
